Refund Policy

This policy describes Postaxy's approach to refunds, cancellations, and subscription billing for paid plans.

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions and purchases made through Postaxy. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the terms described below.

2. Subscription Billing

Postaxy offers subscription-based plans that are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose).

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

After cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

4. Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with Postaxy for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or most recent renewal. No questions asked.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Free Plans and Trials

If Postaxy offers a free plan or trial period, no payment is required and therefore no refund applies.

6. How to Request a Refund

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised last updated date.

Continued use of Postaxy after changes means you accept the updated policy.
